I'm so glad that fall is here now, except for those few days were it's over 80.
I've been baking at least once a week and I love it.
I'm crocheting like crazy. Shawls, cowls, fingerless gloves, berets it's been a lot of fun and a few will make great presents :)
I've been drinking cocoa every night for the last three weeks.
And crafting things. I made a cute scrap book out of envelopes I made from old magazines, they're cute and fun to make. My little sisters will be getting these for christmas
Gotta go lots of work to do!

I have so many things I want to do and have to do. I feel like I never have enough time. Some things, such as organizing the room I'm just dragging my feet to do.

I'll start to do something and get side tracked. And it doesn't help that must of it I'm trying to do at night, because I have to look after the baby brother during the day. He's a toddler so he gets into everything now.

Ah I better try and back to the cleaning....

So a week ago Saturday I turned the big 3-0!  I'm glad to be out of my twenties, but to tell you the truth it still pretty much feels the same. I guess the impact of turning thirty still hasn't fully hit me. But I did have a great time on my birthday. My very good friends took me to a champagne bar and we shared a botle of champagne there and chocolate covered strawberries. Yummmy!
Then we went to one of our old hangs outs but there was nobody fun from the old days there so we hit up two local dive bars. It was fun and the first time in a long time that I actually got a little tipsy.
New Years eve was a definite dud. My sister was hospitalized the day before NYE and had surgery the day of. SoI stayed home. This is the second year in a row. Last year my grandfather was hospitalized on NYE. :(
But this girl here was my christmas/birthday gift to myself. The one I had had been searching for new, but was just so Darn expensive. But she was previously owned and perfect. Other than that thing s have been okay around here lately. HAPPY NEW YEAR everybody!

I started makng Blythe bracelets last week. It's tidious because they are So small. But do look cute on the doll.
Thanksgiving came and went. It was odd gathering at my uncle's house. And ever stranger and emptier not having my grandfather there.
I can only imagine what Christmas is going to be like. I'm into the holidays but feel a little weepy from time to time this year.
Ten more days and I'll be thirty! It's exciting for me, not sure why but it is...
